The hottest new cosmetic surgery for men? Scrotum de-wrinkling.

At a cost of $575-900, men can get a non-invasive procedure that cleans the scrotal region to make it smooth and hairless.

The three-step process involves laser hair removal, a stretching process to remove wrinkles, and color correction for the skin.

The procedure got a big boost in January when George Clooney mentioned it in an interview with an Italian magazine.

"I never fixed my eyes, but I spent more money to stretch the skin of my testicles," Clooney said. "I did not like the wrinkles. It's a new technique; many people in Hollywood have done it. It's called 'ball ironing.'"
