Everyone is afraid of something, but a new study shows half of us have a fear that is strong enough to be considered a serious phobia.
The most-common phobia is a fear of heights.
That is followed by fears of the dentist, flying and spiders.
About 25% of people with phobias said they do not want to admit it. Ten percent said their phobia has affected their love life, and 7% said a phobia has cost them a job.
